Prior to activating the verification re-send process, it might be a good idea to check your spam filter, as some spam filters stop any unfamiliar email addresses. Also, consider adding the address sales@realandexcitingdesigns.co.uk to your 'approved' addresses list, or marking it as 'not spam'.
